🧵 Made-to-Order Production
Each product is custom-made upon order to ensure the highest quality. We individually print, assemble, and package each item with love and glam.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location:
- United States: $9.99
- Rest of World: $14.99
⏱️ Production & Delivery Timeline
Your order will go through two phases: production and shipping.
- Production Time: 3–5 business days for order fulfillment, quality check, and packaging.
- Shipping Time: 7–10 business days for delivery to your address.
We aim to provide realistic timeframes and deliver both style and reliability. For questions, feel free to contact us.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3–5 business days for the first tracking scan to appear. If tracking is unavailable, the carrier is still processing your package. Tracking information updates in real time as your order progresses through delivery.
🏠 Delivery Address
You may update your shipping address within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@girlyglam.co.
Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages returned due to address errors.
📬 Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date or you experience shipping issues, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. You may qualify for a store credit or replacement depending on the situation. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
