💳 Payments & Promo Codes

How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout or in your cart. Click "Apply" and the discount will appear if valid.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

I was charged but didn’t purchase anything?
If you notice an unauthorized charge from GirlyGlam.co, contact us immediately at contact@girlyglam.co or through our contact form. We use secure fraud detection and only process payments with cardholder consent.

📦 Order Management & Cancellations

Can I add or remove items from my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items after an order is placed. Please place a separate order for additional items.
If you'd like to remove an item and your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! Contact us before you receive your tracking number, and we’ll update your shipping details.

How do I cancel my order?
You have up to 6 hours after placing your order to request cancellation. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes if your order is already processing.

📩 Order Confirmation

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s been more than 24 hours, your email may have been mistyped or the order didn’t go through. Contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID and email. You’ll also receive an email titled "Order #GG** fulfilled" once your item ships, containing your tracking number.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking may take 3–5 days to update. Your package may be in transit or not yet scanned. If no updates appear after 10 days, please reach out to us.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund or replace it—no return required and no shipping cost to you.

How long will it take to receive a refund or replacement?
Refund:
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Credit card: 7–10 business days depending on your bank
Replacement:
- Ships right after confirmation
- Personalized items may take 3–5 business days to prepare
