• Production: 3–5 business days.
• Shipping after dispatch: 7–10 business days.
• Total estimate: 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates. A tracking number and carrier link are emailed after dispatch; the first carrier scan can take 3–5 business days.

For an address-change request, contact us within 6 hours of ordering. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping begins.

If there is an issue with your item, contact contact@girlyglam.co within 30 days of delivery. For damaged items or items that do not match their description, contact us immediately.

Include your order number, the name on your order, a description of the issue, clear photos and your preferred resolution: refund or replacement. Defective merchandise does not need to be returned.
